## How the index is built

- Members: every public company in our space stock roster except defense primes and diversified aerospace groups. Satellite operators count.
- The number: the equal-weighted mean of each member's percentage move in its latest session; foreign listings count by their move in local currency. Each listing counts once.
- When it updates: once each US trading day, after the close; it does not move during the session.
- Freshness: a move counts only if it was quoted in the last four days.
