Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple content workstreams, manage external vendors, and drive deliverables with stakeholders inside and outside the organization. Great written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex, technical use cases into human-centric, value-driven stories. Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust easily with high-profile global customers and partners. What Makes You Stand Out: A portfolio of written or video case studies.
