SpaceNexus provides community features including forums, direct messaging, and a professional directory. By using these features, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
SpaceNexus reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict any user-generated content at any time and for any reason, including content posted in forums, messages, or profile pages.
SpaceNexus may issue warnings, temporarily mute, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Decisions regarding content moderation are at SpaceNexus's sole discretion.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with all applicable U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120-130) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730-774).
You must NOT share ITAR-controlled technical data, EAR-restricted information, or classified/CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) data through any community feature, including forums, direct messages, profiles, or any other area of the platform.
Sharing controlled information on the platform does not constitute making it publicly available under export control law. Users remain fully liable for any unauthorized disclosures.
SpaceNexus is not responsible for user-posted content that may violate export control laws. SpaceNexus will cooperate with relevant authorities investigating potential export control violations.
SpaceNexus complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 512). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a claim in accordance with our DMCA Policy.
SpaceNexus will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
SpaceNexus complies with the TAKE IT DOWN Act for the removal of non-consensual intimate images. If you need to report such content, please submit a report to takedown@spacenexus.us.
SpaceNexus commits to removing reported content within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by SpaceNexus, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by SpaceNexus. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We use data from various third-party sources, including the Spaceflight News API and other public data sources. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such third-party data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
