Some jobs have deadlines. Ours have launch windows. If you like moving fast, chasing down details, and seeing your work leave the pad, this is the role. WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Lead Electron engineering changes from idea to production Build cost/benefit cases for new changes Control EBOM, MBOM and master data releases Catch data errors before they reach the production floor Improve our change process and tools YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS: An engineering degree and 1+ years of relevant experience CAD, drawing and manufacturing process knowledge Engineering change and configuration management experience Calm under tight deadlines Strong communication and relationship skills Risk based decision making THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE: PDM, ERP or project management experience Knowledge of part numbering and revision schemes If the above sounds like you apply now! WHAT TO EXPECT We’re on a mission to unlock the potential of space to improve life on Earth, but that’s not an easy task. It takes hard work, determination, relentless innovation, teamwork, grit, and an unwavering commitment to achieving what others often deem impossible. Our people out-think, out-work, and out-pace. We pride ourselves on having each other’s backs, checking our egos at the door, and rolling up our sleeves on all tasks big and small. We thrive under pressure, work to tight deadlines, and our focus is always on how we can deliver, rather than dwelling on the challenges that stand in the way.
