If your account email is on your company website's domain, the claim can be approved at once; otherwise an editor reviews it and emails you the decision.
Fake job posts under real company names are a common scam, so a post waits for review before it goes live when it names a company on SpaceNexus that you have not claimed, when its apply link or contact email is not on the company’s own domain, when it is edited after review, or when our sanctions screen asks for a check. Other posts go live when payment clears, labelled “Paid employer post on SpaceNexus” and, unless the company’s approved claimant posted it, “Employer not verified by SpaceNexus”. Apply links must start with https:// and be on the company’s own website or a known applicant-tracking system. If we cannot approve a paid post, it is refunded in full.
Yes. The approved claimant of a company profile can keep 2 free posts live at a time from the profile, each for 30 days and labelled "Posted by the company". Renewing keeps the original posting date. Paid listings here are labelled "Paid employer post on SpaceNexus".
