Primary Responsibilities Leidos Defense Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high priority, high visibility implementation program in support of a very large, high profile DISA Timing and Sync Program. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing full support to the customer on multiple, simultaneous tasks. Basic Qualifications Proven ability to interface effectively with multiple functional and programmatic areas, balancing and communicating competing priorities. Requires a BA degree and 8 to 12 years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. Ability to establish and maintain effective, constructive working relationships internally and externally. Manage the evolution of the CTD satellite capability, including Two-way satellite Time transfer modems, Military code compliance, GPS and related trunks/circuits (including the provisioning of these circuits as needed). Manage PM triad of cost, schedule, performance, scope and risks Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced operational environments. Strong understanding of defense systems integration, mission operations, communications systems, cybersecurity, or related technical domains. Strong planning, organizational and execution skills able to balance across multiple priorities. Has expert knowledge of industry practices, advanced techniques, and solutions within a professional discipline to develop new standards, processes, and solutions. Ability to train other personnel in technology as needed. Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed for government meetings. Twice per week minimum onsite requirement as required. Currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI Preferred Qualifications Previous hands-on experience managing specific technical implementation projects PMP certification ITIL certificate Prior DISA experience If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling. Pay Range: Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
