Telesat is headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, and has offices and facilities around the world.   The company’s state-of-the-art Satellite fleet consists of 12 GEO satellites, the Canadian payload on ViaSat-1 and one LEO 3 demonstration satellite.  For more information, follow Telesat on X and LinkedIn or visit www.telesat.com The Technical Control Centre (TCC) Technologist works as part of a large team providing network surveillance, control, pro-active corrective and preventative maintenance support to Telesat's customers on a 24 hour, 7 day basis.  The TCC technologist proactively monitors network services and fixed satellite service customers, and manages the troubleshooting and investigation of reported faults until services have been restored. They perform hands-on corrective and preventative measures to Allan Park earth station critical systems, TT&C ground communications equipment, and on-site customer services.
