Context: "Flight" refers to the uncrewed Orbital Flight Test, then targeted for Dec. 17, 2019.
Condition: following a successful flight (the condition did not happen)
Outcome: The Orbital Flight Test (2019-12-20) did not reach the space station. On 2020-04-06 Boeing said it had "chosen to refly our Orbital Flight Test" before flying astronauts. The first crewed Starliner flight launched on 2024-06-05.
